Macramé originates in the Arab world, where weavers used it to finish off bath towels and shawls. With the Moorish invasion, Macramé reached Spain and from there spread to the rest of Europe. Sailors use it to weave hammocks and much of the knotting in sailing uses Macramé. Macramé is the ancient Art of tying knots.
Each of my pieces has a story; each one, for me, is a journey and a lesson on Life.

These delicate earrings are woven in cream, blue and gold CLon cord, with gold filled beads and gold filled earwires.They measure almost 7cm in length. £30.00
